Refund policy

Since we have a 15-day return policy, you have 15 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you—that is, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.

 


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain product types, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom items (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new product once the return has been accepted.

 


The 14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As mentioned above, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you—that is, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
