When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. OGC reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason and at its sole discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until OGC confirms its acceptance. For your order to be accepted, your payment must be received and processed by us. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as OGC may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event your order is not accepted, modified, or canceled, we will attempt to contact you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided during the ordering process.
The products you purchase are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy. 
You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are intended for your personal or household use, and not for resale or export for commercial purposes.

CHAPTER 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect on the date the order is placed and is specified in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, processing, customs, or import fees.

CHAPTER 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you the moment we hand over the products to the shipping carrier.

Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

As part of the Services, you may have access to customer tools provided by third parties that we do not monitor, control, or direct.

OGC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are conducted directly with OGC. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and OGC; nor does it assume any liability, including for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the products or services purchased. In this regard, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with OGC.

The following sections will remain in effect following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OGC, OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS, OUR OFFICERS, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR ANY PARTIES AFFILIATED WITH SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES; Whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory; ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER claim; including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages; any and all direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, injuries, losses, or claims. We will notify you of any claim covered by this indemnification; however, a delay in such notification does not relieve you of your obligations unless you have suffered actual financial loss. We may handle the defense and settlement of such claims, including the selection of counsel, at your expense; however, we will not accept any settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. You agree to cooperate in the defense of indemnification claims by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. This shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision set forth in these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You and OGC hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and agree that they shall be the courts of competent jurisdiction.
